Custom Orders & Design Guidance
1) Do you offer fully custom designs?
Yes — most of our work is custom. Share your inspiration photos and we’ll guide you to the best size, layout, and materials.
2) I’m not sure what style I want yet—can you help me decide?
Absolutely. You bring references (even 1–2 photos), and we help you refine the look until it matches your goal.
3) What information do you need to start my custom quote?
Event date (or install date), size, wording, color preferences, inspiration photos, material preference (or “not sure”), and delivery/pickup location.
4) Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes — we confirm the design details before production so you feel confident in what you’re getting.
5) How many revisions are included?
Small edits are typically included (spacing, minor layout, text adjustments). Major redesigns or new concepts may require an additional design fee.
Production Time & Rush Options
6) What is your typical processing time?
Most custom signage is about 2 weeks + shipping (depending on product and season).
7) Do LED logo signs have a different turnaround?
Yes — LED logo signs typically take 3–4 weeks after order confirmation/final payment.
8) Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes. Rush availability depends on our production calendar and materials. Rush fees may apply.
Sizing, Materials & Finishes
9) What materials do you offer?
We commonly work with acrylic, printed acrylic (face-mounted), foam board, vinyl lettering/decals, and select wood pieces (depending on the project).
10) Can you make a custom size that’s not listed?
Yes — if the available options don’t match your vision, reach out and we’ll quote a custom size.
11) Will mirror acrylic look exactly the same in every photo?
Mirror finishes can shift slightly depending on lighting (natural light vs LED vs warm/yellow bulbs), with tones that may range from gold to bronze.
12) Can you do minimal designs and floral/bold styles?
Yes. We don’t impose a style — we guide you to the look that best matches your event/brand and the result you want.
Artwork, Logos & Files
13) What file type do you need for logo signs?
Preferred formats: AI, EPS, SVG o PDF (vector, no SCAN).
14) What if my logo file isn’t high quality?
If the file quality isn’t usable, we’ll contact you. We also offer a logo correction service (as listed on the product page).
15) Can you recreate copyrighted designs or trademarked logos?
We can only produce artwork you own or have permission to use.
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
16) Do you ship?
Yes — shipping is available for many items (shipping is calculated at checkout).
17) Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available for Lexington-area clients (details shared at checkout or after ordering).
18) Do you offer delivery/setup?
For some projects, yes — delivery/setup may be available depending on location and date (especially for larger event pieces).
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
19) Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because custom items move quickly into design/production, changes and cancellations are limited once work begins.
20) Do you accept returns?
Custom/personalized items are typically non-returnable. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
21) What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and make it right.
Care & Handling
22) How do I clean my acrylic sign?
Use a microfiber cloth and gentle cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials to protect the finish.
23) How should I store/transport my sign?
Keep it in protective packaging, avoid stacking heavy items on top, and handle by the edges to prevent scratches.
Pre-Booking” Questions
24) What size do you recommend for a welcome sign?
We'll recommend sizing based on your venue entrance, easel, and how you want it to photograph.
25) Can you match my event theme/colors?
Yes — share your palette/inspo, and we'll design around it. (Exact color appearance can vary by screen/lighting.)
