What You’ll Need
To place your order, please have the following ready:
• Your logo file
• Your QR code file
• Any additional artwork or icon files, if applicable
• Business details such as website, payment link, social media handles, phone number, or other information you want included

Artwork Requirements
For logos and brand marks, please upload AI, EPS, or vector PDF files whenever possible for the cleanest lines and best production quality.

PNG, JPG, and high-resolution files may also be accepted depending on the design and file quality.

Screenshots, Canva exports, social media downloads, and low-resolution files may not be suitable for production.

If your artwork is not production-ready, we will contact you before moving forward.
Vector file preparation, logo cleanup, and artwork adjustment services are available starting at $50.

Make sure your QR code, usernames, links, and contact information are correct before submitting your order.

Production Time
Typical production time is 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.
